I have corrected my php.ini file as well as given permission
to read and execute the files.

I have just installed php-4.0.1pl2. I know it works with a couple
of simple .php3 files. However in using setup.php3 (doing IMP
installation) the web page comes back with
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'session.lib' (include_path='')
