Is it possible to save a session for say a year?
The manual seems to be telling me that if you change the session expire time, it is still only good
for that instance of the browser, so as soon as you close the browser, the session is lost no matter
what the expire time.
Is this correct?
I need to use cookies to save any session data longer right?
The other question, assuming I am correct, is why don't they allow you to save sessions
independent of browser like you can cookies?
