The previous answer is wrong. The reason you get these errors is that new server has a different error reporting level which notifies ALSO about undefined variables. To fix that you can either: 1. prefix with an at-mark '@' every variable reported as undefined: e.g: $str = "select ... $var1 ... $var2 ..."; becomes: $str = "select ... " . @$var1 . " ... " . @$var2 . " ..."; or: 2. add this: error_reporting(55); on top of your whole script. This will turn error reporting to normal. (the way, most probably, it used to be on the old server). This is a rather better solution for you. -- Maxim Maletsky maxim@php.net www.PHPBeginner.com // where PHP Begins "dwalker" <dwalker@healthyproductsplus.com> wrote... : > What do the line numbers look like?
