-Mail in HTML format - doubt

I have made a feedback form which get details from the user and sends mail when the user submits...everything works fine...i have added few html tags like <br> to separate the details so that the email message is clearly readable....it worked fine... i tried to further refine the display by using table tags with rows and colums including the cellspacing and cellpadding options and tried to send the mail...the mail is not at all delivered....according to my program logic...mail function returns true that it has sent mail...but i didn't get one.... if i remove the table tags and keep the <br> tags alone...i'm receiving the mail.... even i use the following headers to receive the mail in html format.... --------- $headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n"; $headers .= "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n"; --------- but i'm not receiving any mail if i use table tags....but works with <br> tags What could be the reason ???....Please give me some suggestions....
