Greetings gang, can someone please point me in the right direction for the best way to bring in a
comma separated external document so I can EXPLODE the contents into an array?
I am trying fscan() but am having no luck.
A pointer, code snippet or a link to a good tutorial would be greatly appreciated.
TIA gang!
