PHP on WinXP with Apache

I am trying to install php-4.2.3-Win32 on MS WinXP using apache_2.0.43-win32-x86-no_ssl. I have followed instructions included in the php package only I have changed: LoadModule php4_module "C:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll" to LoadModule php4_module "C:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll" I am receiving: apache: module "c:\php4build\snap\sapi\apache2filter\sapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache (found 20020628, need 20020903). Please contact the vendor for the correct version. I have looked around and it appears as though several other people have had this problem, but I havent been able to find a solution. It looks like it is a bug, but it has been around for quite some time and I just downloaded the Win32 installer for php today. Does anyone have any suggestions?
