A script to receive the uploads 2. A file to upload The manual page you linked to above will be of use in completing stage 1 - there's a bit further down that you need to copy and paste as well. Read the user comments as well, as they will answer questions that will inevitably come up. Stage 2 - well, you're on your own, but there should be something on your hard drive that's suitable.
