I am _trying_ to set some php3 directives in an .htaccess file. Here is the
problem:
It is my understanding that all directives found in php3.ini are adjustable
in .htaccess files. I can change some of the directives but not others. Is
there a reason for that? What is the exact syntax? Why can I set
php3_upload_max_filesize 100000000, but when I set php3_upload_tmp_dir I get a
500 internal server configuration error?
