1st way:

var var_name= <?= $var_value ?>
</script>
2nd way:
<input type="hidden" name="input_name" value="<?= $input_value ?>">
javascript => php
1st way:
location='http://server/script.php?var_name=" + js_var_name;
2nd way:
form_name.input_name.value = js_var_name;
