IMAP_mailboxcreate problem

What does this imap_errors() mean : mailbox is empty
I tried to create new mailbox using this simple script:
if (!imap_createmailbox($mbox, imap_utf7_encode("{192.168.0.1:110/pop3}INBOX.$newname")))
echo "Impossible de créer une nouvelle boîte aux lettres
:".implode("<br>\n>",imap_errors() ) ;
