I've got a page that has two included files. The first queries a database for a list of the
user's projects and displays them if there are any. The second contains a form which creates a
new project entry in the database when submitted. If the user has no projects, then the page works
fine, they can enter a new project, the info gets put in the database, the original page gets
reloaded with the new current information and it looks fine. If there is already a project in the
database, the page just reloads without any new information. I've looked at my server access
logs, and instead of a post call to create.phtml, there is a post to the page that the form is
located on instead. The page source reads the way it should be, it's just not going where it
should. Any help is greatly appreciated.
