form action question..

I know this isn't exactly php related but here goes.
Basicly type query in form and hit submit.
Calls action page results displayed.
That all works great, However, I want the results of the query to be updated
in the frame below and not on a new page. Does anyone know how to make a
form action in a frame rather than a new page?
