Dear Martin & Erwin, Tried the urlencode - same thing happened - the variables after the first one were chopped off - so <a href="email.php?ref=<?=urlencode($pageURL);?>">this page</a> where the url is http://mydomain.com/displayem.php3?cat=5&olimit=0&zid=1&lid=1 results in http://mydomain.com/displayem.php3?cat=5 being passed and the '&olimit=0&zid=1&lid=1' gets cut off - still....??
