I've got this coed but it still don't do the business: $MESSAGE_FILE="foobar.txt"; $handle=fopen("$MESSAGE_FILE","w"); $sizez= sizeof($handle); $string= 'foo'; while ( fgets($handle,$sisez) { fputs($handle,$sizez); if (strstr($handle,$string)){ break; } } Any ideas?
