There's actually a little bit more to it than that.
You should actually read the security section which is linked from the CGI
install section, because there may be security issues that you need to
consider.
You'll possibly want --enable-discard-path and --enable-force-cgi-redirect
when you run configure - but read the manual and decide for yourself
