Unless you are sure the client has cookies enabled, or you've compiled php
with the enable-trans-sid option. You'll have to append the SID to this url.
i.e: <a href='second.php?<?=SID?>'>second</a>

You'll have to call session_start in this document in order for the session
id to get parsed and the session data unserialized.
