That usually means that the clock changed (went backward) during the build.
Was the clock reset during the compile?

Subject: [PHP] INSTALL questions
When I did 'make install', it tells me that my build may be incomplete due
to clock skew. I am wondering if it's ok. If it's not ok, can anyone help me
in resolving this?
