If I understand well, you want to transfer data from Access to MySql ? 1) Could we imagine a small application that creates a flat text with data from Access, in the format you want ? 2) the user would upload this file to your server 3) then your server would process this file to import it into MySql (see Load Data Infile in mysql documentation).
