RE: [PHP] Training Courses in PHP & MySQL

I would reccomend going to the source and looking at the training courses offered by MySQL AB, the developers of MySQL. Here is a link to the info page for MySQL's training on PHP + MySQL: http://www.mysql.com/training/courses/developing_dynamic_webapp.html Looks like a course is coming up in San Francisco in February. Or does anyone know of a good tutor? I would prefer it to be in California or on the west coast.
