multiple select problem

i am now facing a problem in multiple select.
This is my example code in html.
<select name="destList" MULTIPLE size="6">
<option value=4>123</option>
<option value=5>234</option>
<option value=6>345</option>
</select>
i select all the value and pass to php...it should be a array.
but when i display the destList value, it just show the "6" the last
value...
where goes wrong?
