There aren't any, however there is a GD section which says:
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
Doesn't say anything about GIF =/. I looked in the php.ini file and didn't see anything
relating to gif support, and there aren't any gif extensions in the php\extensions directory.

when you do a phpinfo() what are the compiled with options?
