try something like this:
<STYLE>
P {font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,sans-serif; color: black}
BR {font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,sans-serif; color: black}
</STYLE>
and then start all text in the table with <p> or <br>:
<TD><BR>Cell</TD>
