RE: [PHP] embedding a perl script

I am nealry certain that a PERL script cannot be "embedded" into your PHP script as it is a "pre-processor" - and I've tried. I have been pretty succesful using system calls to PERL - even feeding variables into it and having it return arrays for further chunking. However, I've also been able ot only slightly modify much of my PERL code to make it work in PHP. If you decide to use system calls from within PHP to execute the PERL scripts, be sure to tweak any Content-type headers you may have been sending. PHP is probably set up on your system to send the headers automatically.
