Hi,
Can PHP open URLs on a web server that only returns HTTP/1.1 responses?
I'm finding that it fails with error 0, for example, with the following HTTP response:
$ telnet host 24080
Trying 143.216.161.120...
Connected to host.
Escape character is '^]'.
GET /pa/servlet/snoop2 HTTP/1.0
HTTP/1.1 200
