Hi All,
I've compiled PHP 4.0.1RC2 as a stand-alone program and use it
primarily for log-file parsing, file transformation and graphics
generation. However, whenever I use it to "echo" or "print" it sends a
"Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" header to stdout.
I can supress the mime-type and character-encoding by commenting out
these fields in php.ini but am still presented with the partial header
"Content-type:".
Anybody know how to eliminate this?
(Aside: I also compile PHP as part of a static Apache build but even
there the header is redundant: within httpd.conf I've included the
"Add-type 'text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1' .html" for HTTP1.x
compliance.)
Please be sure to copy to sender as well as list.
Thanks,
Mike Wright
