Of course one can. Can you? I dunno.
Have a look at how other people make forms. Download some PHP applications
for this or go through the manual.
Then see if you can get the basic info you need to make the form in such a
way that you can tell on beforehand whether you want to create which form
object. Maybe you can make a row for every item with the fields
name value objecttype starting_value(s) width
on objecttype go to a subroutine making that object, e.g.
# object multitext (if row($objecttype==multitext) or so)
echo "<input type='text' width=$width value=$value>";
or so.
the example is just an indication and may contain huge silly awful
genetically engineered bugs
