Eelco,
this is an error message. It has nothing to do with the html page. It
probably means with the previous page (or is this a parsed page?) you tried
to send an email. Please show us that part.
Also check through your ISP info about what mail program is available to
you. PHP uses an email program on the server. That may have to be called in
another way than on your test server.
