I NEED A PHP4 SESSIONS EXPERT TO FIX A BUG IN MY CODE
THAT I CAN'T FIND.
THE PROBLEM: 1 out of 100 people are telling me they
can't login/edit/change their info in our
members-admin section. I think it's something to do
with sessions/cookies. I've tried it in every browser
I can get my hands on. Cookies on/off. I can't
recreate the problem here, but some folks have it
every time. Must be something minor.
HOW WE COULD DO IT, IF YOU'RE INTERESTED:
I can send you a .tgz of the PHP4 pages, and a minimal
datadump of the MySQL tables to check it by.
Unzip it. Check it out. If you can see and fix the
sessions problem, go for it, and maybe put it on your
server somewhere so I can check it out.
If it works, I'll pay $100. Paid by PayPal, check, or
putting $ onto your creditcard. (Your choice.) And
you send me the code back.
I think it should only be under a one hour job.
(You'll probably find it in 3 minutes.) Something
minor I'm missing. Dotting I's and crossing T's.
If it looks more major than that, let me know the
solution before you do it, and what you think it would
cost you to fix.
Email me privately if interested. (Don't post to the
list.)
