I wasn't too impressed with the PHP Bible. I haven't looked at the other two, but if the Sam's book is like the others I've used, I would say that it isn't worth it. I have O'Reilly's Programming PHP book (written in part by Rasmus Lerdorf), and it's pretty good, but I find that the online manual is the best source of information.
