Hi Gurus, What I want (I don't know it's possible, or are already internally done) is to serialize and save to the session database a DB resource pointer, or pass it as a parameter! What I can do with it? I want to speedup DB operations, I use DB2 and can speedup heavy SQL Querys by using the odbc_prepare() function (if I'll use this query more than once), I'm trying to send the DB resource pointer (the result variable of the odbc_prepare function) from one php script to another, is this possible? I already tried using session_register and serialize but without success with both of them! Thanks in advance, Antonio. +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ | Antonio S.
