If the Warnings are all that's happening, then it's an error reporting
issue. If you're getting those warnings and your code doesn't work, then
tell us how it doesn't work. The smidgeon of code you provided did not tell
us anything. The only problem you could be having with IIS is a permission
problem. Perhaps the IIS user can't start sessions or whatever you're trying
to do.
