Yes,
A simple method would be to use the META tag in your html to do a
refresh every 1 or 2 seconds. I've used this method before for something
similar, it should work here. I think the code for the tag goes
something like this:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="2">
That should do it; make sure that you put this tag into the header of
your HTML. (You may also want to check that this tag is actually done
properly, I haven't used it in a while).
