Netscape forms expiring..

After reading up on the lists on how to get pages to cache (so forms can be gotten back to by hitting the back button).. I changed the session-cache to private. So in IE, it works. But in Netscape 4.7, the page still expires, and I have to hit reload to post my form data.. what else needs to be done to fix that?
