parsing question

Say I have file "info.txt": start_index 5 end_index 15 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ How do I read file line by line. I read the Filesystem functions and it doesn't see to have this function available. One option I can think of is use to fread( ) to read the whole file and then do the regular expression parse to get the two index. Is there a better way to do this? ---Sonia
