Hi!
I have a program I'm working over to meet PEAR standards. Question: If a global variable is
being set by being read from a database and is only changable by an administrator who edits the
table, would that be considered a constant instead of a global??
I know this is one of those touchy subjects that start firestorms from Hell but I need to know.
