Browser issue?

I'm not positive what is causing this problem, so I don't really know if it is PHP or GoLive or what. On the site I am creating, http://www.cutcable.us, I have an order page (I apologize for not being able to give a direct link, but the site is being frame-forwarded by godaddy.com and that hobbles it). When I submit the form under NS 7, it seems to work normally (it is in test mode at this time). But when I submit using IE 6, I get an error stating faulty userid or pass at the authorization site.
