Newbie to PHP with Dating Site

Hello, I am not trying to spam for visits. I do not have any banners or anyway of recieving payment for visitors since I own the space, domain and full site. I am extremely ignorant to PHP and I am currently having trouble wih my site http://www.matchloves.com I have submitted the site to listing directories but they won't include me saying my page doesn't load correctly. I made the home page using the code that I purchased with my site over a year ago and it seems to load and work correctly. My main concern is if anyone else is able to load the page and sign up if they wish. The reason for my concern is this: Since I have submitted the site to numerous search engines over 3 months ago, I have not recieved any new members or hits.
