phpmanager error

Hello List,
I have got a script called phpManager v1.1.1 which is installed on one of my
server Redhat 7.3, php 4.3.1, Apache 1.3.27.
This script wroks fine. I have installed one more module called WHM which
connects with my server which has WHM/Cpanel a Control panel for Webhosting.
This module is for the Integration of WHM and PhpManager.
The problem starts when i Install the WHM module. from the browser when i
type.
http://www.mydomain.com/new/whm/installation.php
it gives me this error.
Fatal error: Unable to read 3487 bytes in
/home/user/public_html/new/whm/installation.php on line 0
I know its very dumb to ask such a question with out pasting the source code
of installation.php. But even that is of no use bcoz the file is encoded
(its not readable).
May be any one can suggest why this error occured??? that to on line 0
(where is this line ???)
Any help would be appreaciated!!!!!
Let me know anyother list where i can post this or anything that i can
refer.
