You can draw rectangles in PDFlib just as easily as you can draw lines in
PDFlib.
Something as simple as:
pdf_setlinewidth($pdf, 2);
pdf_rect($pdf, 3, $y, 10, 10);
pdf_stroke($pdf);
So you are now drawing 4 lines at time rather than 1...
Or if you like because of how PDFlib works you can take a graphic of a table
and then write that graphic into the PDF and then just place the location of
the information ontop of the various "cells" on the table graphic...
Just a quick and dirty solution...
PDFs can be a little tricky... But the other alternatives make it look
pretty nice.
