PHPLib uses MySQL by default, (if you have it of course) Is there a class for management of the text file that is generated by either PHPLib or PHP4 for session storage? I would think that the text file would be more universal between platforms, and if a ramdisk were used, or some sort of caching/virtualizing of the file so most current parts of it are in dedicated memory, it would be faster than the database, and avoid the lock up problem. -- ________________________________________________________________ Dennis K.
