You do not need to use php in order to index php
pages. There are many apps built specifically for
indexing sites. (including many excellent open source
options)
I like http://www.htdig.org
Try http://searchtools.com for a lot of useful
information and other products
keep in mind, site indexers work like search engine
robots, they follow links. Even if your pages are
dynamic, they probably include / generate links to
other pages. You should structure your site so that
search engines can make their way through your site.
