Hello php-general,
I got a little problem, if you can help me or point me to good links
about it, thanks!
problem is that, i have server, and i don't allow shell accounts on
it. Now one guy came up with some PHP script that launches bot into
IRC with my hostname and everything, and stays like a bot, listens
for all commands. well i deleted the account but i don't want any
other people doing that. Now how i can protect fsock open for 6667
port or other irc ports?
I don't want to disable fsock, because some other people might need
to use it for other reasons.
or if there is no other way, do i just modify php.ini to be without
fsock. or what do i do?
thanks for help.
P.S people started getting smarter and learning new ways getting
shell access to irc without shell :(
