Mail problem

Hi,
I have following problem:
I start this:
mail("user@127.0.0.1", "Some subject", "Body of E-mail",
"Bcc:user1@127.0.0.1,user2@127.0.0.1\r\n");
and I receive of 'user@127.0.0.1' one E-mail, but on 'user1@127.0.0.1'and
'user2@127.0.0.1'
I receive 2 times same E-mail.
If I change 'Bcc' with 'Cc' all is normal - I receive 1 E-mail for each
user.
I'm using Win98. When I try same with Outlook Express - all is normal - I
receive 1 E-mail for each user
Can someone help me ?
