Headers after include

Hi all!
I making a small portal with autentication.
I created a config.inc file where i putted all global stuff
and include it in all the files of the portal, but i get a warning ("Cannot modify header information - headers already sent...") when i use the header function to redirect the user to another page and in config i print nothing,
here it is:

I already tried with define like define("$DB_MODULE" "abstractdb_mysql.inc") but the problem remains.
Any help PLEASE!
