Setting up SQL Server with PHP

I already have a Windows 2000 system with PHP and MySQL installed on it and
is going to install SQL Server 7 on the machine. Do I have to edit the
PHP.ini file to get PHP to link to SQL Server after it is installed.
If Yes, what do I have to edit?
