I've an old mail from a great DNS manager. He says that maxmind.com has a precompiled list for
all this ip addresses. I haven't searched in this site, because my project died (well the
company that require the site).
There's a thing you should check any way. I were on my old school and reach the site
dnsstuff.com (nice site to find any thing about dns system), and the page get my IP and it were
asociate with a country. I don't know how the company that provides internet access to the
school manages their systems, but the site tells me that I were in the usa. I live in Guatemala
(Central America). It is a nice thing for hacking or joking, but it is not for this IP handling.
If you find some way to know for real this, tell me, I'm intrested. Greetings.
