Almost for sure.
Somewhere in the install process you mucked with the registry by hand or
using that pws.ref file or that whatever.inf file or... Hell, who knows
how you edit the Registry, Microsoft keeps changing the rules.
Anyway, do it again, only put htm for the extension instead of php.
You may need to edit the .ref or .inf file that you are using. It's just
a text file.
