The dictionary files [on Redhat] are supplied in the aspell package. The
*.pwli files points to the actual dictionaries which are stored at:
/usr/lib/aspell/american-med-only
/usr/lib/aspell/american-med.multi
/usr/lib/aspell/american.multi
/usr/lib/aspell/english-med-only
/usr/lib/aspell/english-variant-0
/usr/lib/aspell/english-variant-1
/usr/lib/aspell/english-variant-2
/usr/lib/aspell/english.multi
