include (remote http file) help please!!

They changed the version of php on the server and now i cannot figure out how to have a page display an html page on a remote server using http. I used to have it do include("http://www.wiu.edu/stu") and it would display the page perfectly on mine. but now it doesn't work. Can someone please help me out? Thank you so much. p.s. include("http://www.sometopleveldomain.com") seems to still work but is taking a good 15 seconds longer to load now. what did they do to the include function in this new version of php?? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
