What you're getting is a common error. If your code isn't too long (or
if you just can't find the error) your best bet is to make a new PHP
file. Copy in the first half of your code (make sure it's runnable! --
i.e. cut and pasting mid function is a bad idea) . Now run it. If you
get a syntax error, you know it's in the first half of your code. Keep
halving till it becomes obvious where the error lies.
Of course, it is entirely possible that you have not one, but several
syntax errors, in which case, you may need to repeat this several times.
